Mustard Pork Tenderloin
1 pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into medallions
1 red onion, sliced
1⁄4 cup Garlic & Herbs Liquid Seasoning
2 Tbsp of your favourite Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a medium sized nonstick pan, heat Garlic & Herbs Liquid Seasoning over high heat. Add pork, onions, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until all of the Garlic & Herbs Liquid Seasoning has evaporated and the pork begins to brown.
Add the mustard and an extra drop of Garlic and Herbs & Herbs Liquid Seasoning if desired.
Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
Snow Peas and Chicken
2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, diced
1 cup Onion & Herbs Seasoning
1 small red onion, sliced
1 cup snow peas, cleaned and trimmed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Heat Onion & Herbs Seasoning over med. high heat in a nonstick pan.
Add onion slices, and chicken. Simmer until chicken is completely cooked and Onions & Herbs Seasoning is almost evaporated.
Add snow peas and cover for 1 to 2 minutes.
Season with Salt and Pepper.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Creamy Broccoli, Onion and Cheese Pasta
1⁄2 onion, diced
1⁄2 cup chopped broccoli
1⁄2 cup cream
1⁄4 cup Garlic & Herbs Seasoning
2 serving cooked penne pasta
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
In a med. pan, heat Garlic & Herbs Seasoning, onions, and broccoli.
Cover and simmer until broccoli is tender about 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove lid, add cream and increase heat to med. high. Simmer until mixture is thick.
Add pasta, cheese, and salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve.
Culinary Wines Glazed Carrots
2 cups sliced carrot
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Onion & Herbs Seasoning
Simmer carrots until tender in water and 1 Tbsp of Onion & Herbs Seasoning.
Drain the carrots, add honey and remaining Onion & Herb Seasoning. Mix well.
Serve.
Culinary Wines Braised Potatoes
2 lbs, baby potatoes, cleaned and trimmed
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1⁄2 cup Onion & Herbs Seasoning
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 350F
In a mall Dutch oven or casserole add all ingredients and cover.
Bake for 45 minute to 1 hour.
Remove cover and bake an additional 45 minutes or until the liquid has thickened.
Serve.
Liquid Seasoning Butt Chicken
Ingredients:
1 roasting chicken
1/2 can of liquid seasoning
Use an empty can of 12 oz beverage and fill 1⁄2 with your choice of liquid seasonings. Place chicken cavity side down over the beverage can. Place small potato or onion in neck opening to trap steam.
Place on an outdoor grill or in a 350 degree oven for 1-2 hours or until internal temperatures of chicken reaches 180 degrees. Pour liquid seasoning on top of chicken occasionally to add extra flavour.
Tip: place a pan with 1⁄4 cup water under the chicken to avoid flare-ups catch drippings.
Vegetable Stir Fry
2 tablespoons oil
2 cups of mixed vegetable
1⁄2 cup Culinary Wines Liquid Seasoning
2 tablespoons soya sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon Culinary Wines Liquid Seasoning
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
In a large wok or nonstick frying pan, heat oil over high heat.. Add veggies to the hot pan, and sauté until vegetables are tender. Add Liquid Seasoning, and stir well. Add ginger, soya sauce, and brown sugar.
In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of Liquid Seasoning and cornstarch together. Add this mixture to the stir-fry and stir constantly until the mixture is well coated and thickened.
Serve over cooked rice.
